Prashant is a Director in the International Tax Structuring branch within the Public Groups business line at the Australian Taxation Office. In this role, Prashant is responsible for technical leadership for cross border tax and transfer pricing matters for public and multinational businesses. He is also responsible for management of the Advance Pricing Arrangement program at the ATO. Prashant has over 20 years of multi-faceted and multi-jurisdictional experience spanning public and private organisations.
