Walter Kolligs is Vice President and Head of International Tax at Visa Inc., a $16 billion electronic payments company with offices in 69 countries. Visa’s international tax team, based in Foster City, London, Miami and Singapore, handles a broad range of tax planning, transfer pricing, tax controversy, tax compliance and cross-border M&A matters. Prior to joining Visa in 2008, Walter was an Executive Director in the international tax practice of Ernst & Young San Francisco. Education: B.A. (Economics) College of William and Mary; M.S.
