Alistair Pepper is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Washington National Tax Office. Alistair advises clients on transfer pricing and the impact, implications and implementation of BEPS 2.0 (Pillar One and Pillar Two).

Alistair rejoined KPMG in April 2022, having served as a Policy Advisor at the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration where he focused on BEPS 2.0. During his tenure at the OECD, Alistair provided strategic and technical input on the development of both Pillar One and Pillar Two, including drafting the Model Rules and Blueprint.

Prior to joining the OECD, Alistair was a Policy Advisor at HM Treasury (U.K.) on international tax and transfer pricing, having started his career in the transfer pricing team at KPMG U.K.
