Ami is a transfer pricing specialist with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his professional career, he has helped to establish a successful transfer pricing department in one of the Big 4 accounting firms. Following his consultancy in transfer pricing, Ami joined as an in-house TP manager in one of the largest global generic pharmaceutical (TEVA) producers. During his tenure with TEVA he was involved in the establishment of a principal company, created global TP policies, managed TP documentation, IC agreements, and assisted with supply chain issues. Following, Ami joined a biopharmaceutical company (Takeda), in which he served as a rest of world TP lead, and in the last 5 years has served as the US TP lead. Ami has been a regular speaker on multiple panels on TP issues such as BEPS, intangibles, and IC financial transactions. Throughout his career, Ami has lived in 5 countries and is proficient in multiple languages.
