Eman Cuyler’s practice focuses on federal tax controversy matters and tax planning for multinational corporations, covering a diverse range of complex tax issues, including transfer pricing, international tax, methods of accounting and tax procedure. Ms. Cuyler counsels clients involved in all stages of tax disputes, including audits, administrative appeals and litigation. She also advises on corporate tax planning matters related to domestic and international transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. In addition, she helps clients implement global tax structures and strategies. Ms. Cuyler is a frequent speaker and lecturer on tax topics and appears regularly at various bar association events and before in-house tax departments. In addition, she is actively involved in several pro bono matters, including counseling tax-exempt organizations and representing veterans before federal venues.
