Kaidi has 18 years of experience in public and private sectors in London, Paris, Washington DC, Chicago, Shanghai, and Kolkata. Kaidi was an Advisor at OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, where she drafted and negotiated Commentaries to the Global Minimum Tax. Prior to OECD, Kaidi was a Senior Manager at Deloitte US’ Washington National Tax practice, where she advised clients in transfer pricing, focusing on IP valuation, business restructuring, and APA/MAP. During her tenure, Kaidi has interacted extensively with tax administrations across the world on international tax and transfer pricing issues.
