Laura Teng is the Head of Transfer Pricing at McKesson, a Fortune 10 company in the pharmaceutical industry. Laura has over 20 years of experience in transfer pricing working in the healthcare, technology, and retail industries. Her expertise includes value-chain analysis, M&A and IP planning, cost share structuring & modeling, APAs & controversy, and BEPS Pillar One and Pillar Two. Laura started her transfer pricing career with PwC’s San Francisco transfer pricing practice. Laura has a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley and a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
