Head of Transfer Pricing Unit at OECD

Manuel is an economist with almost 20 years of experience in transfer pricing and international taxation, and is currently leading the Transfer Pricing Unit at the OECD. Since joining the OECD in 2016, he has contributed to the major transfer pricing projects of the OECD. Before that, Manuel worked for the European Commission and the Spanish Tax Administration.
