Head of Transfer Pricing, Tax Treaties and International Agreements Division at OECD

Manuel is an economist with 20 years of experience in transfer pricing and international taxation, and is currently leading OECD's Transfer Pricing, Tax Treaties and International Agreements Division. Since joining the OECD in 2016, he has contributed to the major transfer pricing projects of the OECD. Before that, Manuel worked for the European Commission and the Spanish Tax Administration.
