Rakhi Bhattacharya leads the Global Transfer Pricing function at Fiserv Inc., a Fortune 500 financial services company and global leader in the payments and fintech industry. Rakhi has deep technical knowledge and expertise in designing, planning and implementing transfer pricing strategies for multinational companies. Rakhi’s technical skillset includes intellectual property planning, supply chain restructuring and controversy & dispute resolution areas such as Competent Authority, MAP and APA processes. She also has vast experience in operational transfer pricing design & implementation, valuations, as well as transfer pricing documentation & compliance. Her experience spans several jurisdictions globally as well as multiple industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing, retail distribution and publishing. Rakhi obtained her Masters in Business Administration from Clark University and Masters in Business leadership from Harvard Business School.
