Ms Rebel Curd is a vice president in Charles River Associates’ Transfer Pricing Practice and leads the global practice. She is a former partner of The Ballentine Barbera Group, which was acquired by Charles River Associates in 2006. Ms Curd has over two decades of experience in economic analysis and business valuations from a consulting and industry background. Her areas of expertise within intercompany pricing include acquisition/integration planning, global compliance and planning, intellectual property valuation and migration, and controversy. She has participated in successful intercompany pricing audits involving negotiations with the Canadian, Danish, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Swiss, UK, and US taxing authorities. In addition to intercompany pricing analyses, Ms Curd has experience in business valuations, economic value management, economic impact analyses, activity based costing, and econometric modeling. She specializes in supply chain planning and implementation for tax optimization, merger and acquisition valuation and financial integration, and transfer pricing compliance and planning including Country by Country reporting. Ms Curd has also acted as an expert witness in several cases. She frequently speaks and writes on transfer pricing topics. Prior to joining The Ballentine Barbera Group and Charles River Associates, Ms Curd worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. and KPMG’s Economic Consulting Services.
