Sarah is a Senior Director of Tax at Electronic Arts. She is currently leading the Transfer Pricing and Controversy Group as well as overseeing Global Business incentives and the Worldwide Research and Development Programs.

Sarah’s experience includes 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP providing tax advice to a diverse range of clients prior to joining Electronic Arts in 2007. Throughout her 16-year tenure at EA, Sarah has honed her expertise in various key areas. These include transfer pricing, domestic and international controversy, domestic corporate tax issues, digital media tax credits, worldwide research and development credits, and the acquisitions and integrations of both domestic and international companies. Sarah's breadth of knowledge, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence have made her a key member of the EA Tax leadership team.
