Maria Caporale is an economist and qualified lawyer. She holds a PhD in law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she also lectured. Since 2021, Maria has been with Rabobank, heading the team responsible for monitoring transaction reporting. Prior to Rabobank, she worked for over a decade in the area of Economic Law & Regulation, specializing in cases related to market abuses, including those within financial markets.
