Nandita is a subject matter expert in transaction reporting and process optimization. She has extensive expertise in middle and back office environments, specializing in Treasury Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Derivatives Management for institutions. Currently, she holds the position of Head of the Treasury Mid Office department at Anadolubank Nederland N.V., where she oversees regulatory reporting frameworks including EMIR, MiFID II, and SFTR.

Nandita possesses deep expertise in derivatives operations, collateral management, and leveraging data and applying business logic for process enhancements. She plays a crucial role in liaising with regulatory authorities and internal/external auditors. She has successfully led projects such as the BREXIT migration, IBOR transition, reconciliation enhancement initiatives, and the implementation of effective collateral management strategies. Her comprehensive knowledge spans a wide range of financial products and trade types, ensuring effective compliance and operational efficiency throughout all stages of the trade life cycle.
