Rahul is a Partner at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where he represents individual and corporate clients in a variety of private client, employment-based and family-based immigration matters. He represents top global financial services, technology and professional services organizations, and a broad range of corporate clients and individuals across numerous industries, including science, medicine, education, athletics, fashion, motion picture and television.

Rahul provides advisory services to support his corporate clients on a programmatic level, advising clients on a variety of global immigration matters to help them understand and assess policy changes and modify their immigration program accordingly—all with an eye toward ensuring legal compliance and managing risk.

Rahul also advises high net worth individuals on their immigration-related investments. He regularly liaises with private clients to address their global investment-based citizenship or residency immigration needs, with a notable focus on EB-5 investor visas for clients based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Rahul worked for a prominent business and entertainment immigration firm in Los Angeles, California, where he provided immigration counsel to individuals, tech start-ups, multinational entertainment production companies, universities and scientific research institutes.

Rahul is a member of the firm’s Private Client Practice Group and a regular speaker and moderator at national and international immigration conferences, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, IIUSA and EB-5 Investors. He has also authored and published numerous immigration-related articles.
