Emma specialises in international contentious trust disputes, probate and succession disputes, high-value family disputes and fraud.

She acts for a wide range of UK and international clients including trustees, protectors, multinational corporations, private companies and high-net-worth individuals from around the world.

Emma has experience of litigation both in England and in foreign courts, including Jersey, Guernsey, Bermuda, the Bahamas, Hong Kong and the United States. She has particular expertise in complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes involving trustees, beneficiaries and protectors of English and offshore trusts.

Emma is a qualified solicitor advocate and a member of the Contentious Trusts Association.
