Heba started her professional journey in legal and philanthropic roles in the City of London, where she developed a strong foundation in advising clients and supporting initiatives that create meaningful impact. In 2012, she joined Orangefield Group (now Vistra), supporting clients from the Middle East with their international expansion plans. Her focus has always been on understanding the needs of clients and offering practical solutions for their global ventures.

In 2019, Heba returned to the UAE to take on the role of Managing Director, leading Vistra’s Middle East regional domestic and outbound strategy. Together with her team, she works with a range of clients, including sovereign wealth funds, multinational companies, and family offices, providing guidance on asset structuring, succession planning, and governance, working closely with clients' advisers to help ensure their long-term objectives are met.

Heba holds a law degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London. She was recognized as one of eprivateclient’s 'Top 35 Under 35' professionals in both 2017 and 2018, highlighting her growing influence and dedication within the industry.

In 2020, she was nominated for 'Woman of the Year – Future Leaders' at the Powerwomen Awards, a recognition of her contributions and leadership in the field. Heba remains focused on supporting clients and her team in navigating the complexities of global expansion to ensure their long-term success.
