Kelly is a client director in Fairway’s Jersey office, specialising in the administration of complex and distressed offshore structures.

Having practised law in England and Jersey for five years prior to joining the offshore trust industry, Kelly’s legal experience readily enables her to deal with the complexities of structures involved in litigation, under tax investigation, heading towards insolvency, with assets under seizure, subject to regulatory restrictions, and / or with connections to individuals under criminal investigation.

Kelly has been consistently recognised as a leading practitioner. She has been listed in the ALM Private Client Global Elite Directory and Spear’s 500 Indices over a number of years and frequently speaks at international conferences on the subject of contentious trusts.

Kelly is a qualified English Solicitor and Barrister (Non-Practising) and holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.
