Michael is a Managing Director at Byfield, a London-based legal sector specialist PR agency. He divides his time between law firm communications, crisis PR and high-stakes litigation communications. His clients include global, national and boutique law firms, HNWs, sovereign wealth funds and private equity sponsors, among others. Prior to Byfield he spent a decade as EMEA head of communications at Baker McKenzie and also worked at Herbert Smith Freehills. At both firms among many other things he was overall responsible for legal directories. He started his career as a reporter and legal directory researcher.
