Ecem Uzun is the Climate & Nature Risk Lead at DLL, the equipment financing subsidiary of Rabobank. With over eight years of banking experience, she has managed accounts for companies in the Trade & Commodity industry. Ecem later shifted her focus to sustainability and ESG risk management through various project-based roles. In 2023, she joined DLL as a climate risk consultant to support the company's journey as the transition partner of choice.

Ecem specializes in aligning organizational practices with sustainable economic standards and regulatory frameworks through actionable risk management and commercial strategies. Last year, she co-developed a transition plan and opportunity assessment framework to enhance vendor engagement and transition risk management. This framework provides a structured value proposition for transitioning to a lower carbon and circular economy, enabling smaller counterparties to access assets with a smaller footprint.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, the Sustainability and Climate Risk Certification from GARP, and is an alumna of the Climate Safe Lending Fellowship.
