Erika joined Oakley in 2023 and focuses primarily on ESG reporting and engagement with portfolio companies to integrate sustainability within their business.

Prior to joining Oakley, Erika worked at sustainability consultancy, Sancroft, where she led strategic and reporting projects for corporate and financial services clients across various sectors on a range of ESG topics including climate, human rights and waste. Erika also previously worked as a Researcher at the Economics For The Environment Consultancy (eftec), supporting on the production of natural capital accounts and the monetary valuation of ecosystem services.

Erika holds a first-class BSc in Environment and Development and an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
