Jacques Morris is the Head of the International Transition Plan Network (ITPN), a global initiative focused on advancing collaboration around private sector transition plans and their integration into national policy and regulatory frameworks.

Before leading ITPN, Jacques served as Team Leader for the Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT) Secretariat, overseeing the development of the internationally recognized gold standard for private sector transition plans. His work has been instrumental in shaping the direction of corporate climate disclosures and accountability globally.

Jacques brings deep expertise in sustainable finance, having previously held roles as Group Policy Lead at the Oxford Sustainable Finance Group and Head of Policy at the Centre for Greening Finance and Investment.

He began his career in the UK Civil Service, where he held several senior roles, including leading on green finance for COP26 within the Cabinet Office and advising the Prime Minister and Cabinet Secretary on domestic policy through the Economic and Domestic Affairs Secretariat.
