Senior Policy Manager, Sustainable Finance at IIGCC

Leo leads on sustainable finance, supporting the development of IIGCC’s positions on sustainable finance policy and helping members to implement regulatory requirements. He joined IIGCC in 2021 having previously worked in PwC’s Financial Services Regulatory Insights team, where he helped to develop the UK practice’s ESG regulatory proposition for asset and wealth managers.

Prior to this, Leo worked as a consultant in KPMG’s financial risk management practice, and gained trade body experience within the Investment Association’s corporate governance team. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a first-class BA in Modern History.
