Sarah’s role covers a broad range of areas of environmental sustainability across Whitbread’s hotel and restaurant operations, from Net Zero to biodiversity, and from climate risk to plastics and waste. Sarah joined Whitbread in 2023, following nearly 15 years working in biodiversity policy and management for NGOs, the UN and UK Government.
