Siri Reddy is a Sustainability Analyst II at Worldpay now Global Payments, where she is building the Corporate Citizenship program focused on strategic value creation by activating regulatory readiness, meeting stakeholder expectations, defining long-term commitments and driving commercial growth. She co-leads initiatives such as a stakeholder awareness program, complying with regulations, obtaining certifications, managing ESG data and engaging with external partners to respond to ESG information requests. She also co-chairs the Worldpay Million Makers team fundraising for the King’s Trust.

Previously at Wells Fargo, Siri led ESG strategy projects and was the Housing Affordability & Financial Health Chair of the EMEA Employee Impact Team organising volunteer events. She co-founded ‘Red Dot’ to raise menstrual hygiene awareness in South Indian rural communities, was a volunteer consultant with Bankers without Borders and mentors disadvantaged youth with Career Ready.

Siri holds a 1^st Class Honors BSc Social Sciences degree from UCL and is a UNESCO-certified Bharatanatyam dancer. She is dedicated to driving ESG progress through leadership, resilience, and action.
