Victoria has spent the last three decades working in financial institutions, in a variety of trading, finance and risk roles, but predominately in Risk Management. She has been with Nomura for twelve years, focused on enterprise-wide risk management. For the last five years she has been the Global head of Climate Risk & ESG, responsible for designing, establishing and managing the global risk management framework for Climate Risk and ESG.
