Aisha Babar is a senior legal and compliance executive with more than 20 years of experience across private practice and in-house leadership in both emerging and established markets. She currently serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals overseeing legal, regulatory, privacy, security, resilience, risk, and litigation matters while advising Executive Leadership and the Board. Before joining Pierre Fabre, she spent over 11 years at Novartis in roles of increasing responsibility across multiple jurisdictions, business units, and disease areas, including serving as General Counsel for a Novartis subsidiary, Navigate BioPharma, in San Diego California. Known as a pragmatic and trusted advisor, she brings deep expertise in legal strategy, compliance, governance, and risk management, helping organizations grow responsibly, strengthen resilience, and drive cross-functional alignment across complex, regulated environments. Aisha holds law degrees from UCL and SOAS in London UK and is a UK qualified Barrister and a New York attorney.
