Advocate Anthony Williams, who heads up the Appleby Dispute Resolution practice, has significant experience in many areas of corporate litigation and dispute resolution. He has a particular expertise in high value and complex commercial litigation, with particular focus on investment fund disputes, regulatory enforcement, contentious insolvency matters, asset-tracing and recovery work, and trust litigation. Anthony regularly appears in the Royal Court of Guernsey and has appeared with success on several matters in the Court of Appeal.

Anthony was named as a ‘Leading Partner’ in The Legal 500 UK 2025 and as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ by Chambers UK 2025.
