Ashleigh specialises exclusively in contentious trusts and estates and is highly qualified in this area. She advises in relation to high value and/or complex intra-familial disputes, instructed by both professionals and private individuals, based nationally and internationally.

Ashleigh is co-chair of ConTrA (the Contentious Trusts Association), which runs informative seminars and conferences for over 800 members both in the UK and offshore. She is also a committee member of the Irish Solicitors Bar Association London and a member of the London Irish Lawyers Association.
