Rosie Sells is an associate in the Dispute Resolution department of Payne Hicks Beach. She specialises in contentious trusts and estates.

Rosie advises trustees, beneficiaries, and high net worth individuals on a wide range of complex and high value issues. These include domestic and offshore trust disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, professional negligence actions in the context of wills and trusts, and Court of Protection proceedings. She also has experience in insolvency and asset recovery proceedings.
