Sebastian Auer is a Partner with GASSER PARTNER Attorneys at Law, one of the leading law firms in Liechtenstein and a Chambers Global and Legal 500 top tier firm.

Sebastian specialises in Contentious Trusts and Private Wealth disputes, his main focus in this area being cross-border foundation and trust matters. He is experienced in handling complex litigation and arbitration cases, often including parties in various different jurisdictions. Recently he has acted in several high-profile trust cases, including the removal of trustees for breach of trust and arbitration proceedings dealing with conflicts between settlor and trustee. In addition, he regularly provides advice to clients in regard of their respective rights in relation to private wealth vehicles and advises on asset and wealth planning. This broad knowledge enables him to assist in all legal matters arising in connection with foundations and trusts as well as in connection with the shareholding in operational and holding entities.
