Sitting within our Insolvency and asset recovery practice, our Contentious estates and family disputes team are experienced in assisting complex and sensitive matters effectively, from dispute through to recovery. Ami Sweeney, Director, alongside Hannah Davie, the Partner who heads up the team, regularly work alongside solicitors and barristers to provide strategic advice to those who have suffered financial loss or have a claim against another party (for example following a divorce). The team assists beneficiaries, trustees, and representatives in family, trust and probate disputes, to identify, safeguard, value and recover assets, in a variety of complex situations and different jurisdictions.
