Aedín O'Leary

Independent Non-Executive Director, Co-Founder at Green Team Network

Aedín O’Leary is an independent non-executive director and investment and ESG consultant with over 25 years’ experience in the asset management and financial services industry. She consults on manager selection, formulation and application of ethical investment policies and strategies in relation to the marketing and distribution of investment funds. Aedín is a B.Comm graduate from University College Dublin and former tax consultant.

Aedín is co-founder of the Green Team Network, which devises collaborative solutions for the Irish funds industry in respect of tackling climate change. She advises, speaks and writes on a range of ESG and sustainability topics. Aedín is a member of the ESG Working Group at the Irish Fund Directors Association. She also serves as non-executive director on the boards of the Irish Youth Foundation and Charities Institute Ireland.
