Aengus Galloway

Head of Compliance at Pzena Investment Management

Aengus Galloway is Head of Compliance for Europe at Pzena Investment Management, where he is responsible for regulatory compliance oversight of the firm’s UCITS management company. Pzena is a global, value-oriented investment manager with over $80 billion in assets under management, serving institutional and intermediary clients worldwide through a disciplined, research-driven investment approach.

Prior to joining Pzena in 2021, Aengus was a Senior Consultant at KB Associates, where he acted as a Designated Person across multiple regulatory functions for a range of management company clients and led a number of strategic initiatives, including operating model and systems implementations to support platform growth.

Earlier in his career, Aengus was Deputy Global Head of the Middle Office and Valuation Group at MUFG Investor Services, where he was responsible for developing and implementing middle office strategy across Europe and APAC.

Aengus is a CFA Charterholder, holds a degree in Engineering from University College Dublin, and has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He is a member of the ESG Working Group of the Compliance Institute.
