Audrey is an Independent Non-executive Director (INED) with over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, of which 15 years were spent working in the Investment Management sector in London. She is currently a non-executive Board Director and Chair of several regulated Irish investment funds including UCITS, ETFs and MMFs.

Prior to working as a Non-executive Director, she worked as an Investment Due Diligence Specialist at Connection Capital overseeing the firm’s investments in alternatives, including hedge funds and private equity funds. Before this, she held Analyst roles at International Asset Management and at Man Group. She has led Due Diligence reviews across UCITS, private equity and hedge fund products which has resulted in expert knowledge of the funds industry specifically in relation to risk, compliance and governance.

Audrey is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, having trained with EY in their Audit and Financial Services division. She holds an MSc Accounting from University College Cork.
