Dairine is an accomplished Financial Services Executive for over 25 years having held senior management and executive positions in global financial services companies within Trustee, Business Development, Client Relationship Management and Fund Product Management. She has worked with some of the largest global asset managers, traditional and alternative, in the competitive, dynamic, and highly regulated environments of Europe, US and Asia.

Dairine brings a unique breath of experience and fundamental understanding of Investment Fund Services at operational, compliance and governance levels across UCITS, notably ETFs, regulated products accessing China and all alternative product lines. She is knowledgeable in strategy formulation, decision making and implementation, collaboration and partnership building across Securities Services business lines and Corporate Agency & Trust/Issuer Services.

As an accredited Certified Investment Fund Director, Dairine is well positioned to channel her extensive Investment Fund expertise into best practice corporate governance and board oversight to which she is committed. Dairine also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Dublin and ACCA qualification.
