Deirdre O’Reilly is an Independent Non-Executive Director who currently acts as a Chairperson; Audit Committee Chair and a member of various Risk Committees for a range of entities in the asset management sector including investment funds; fund management companies and an investment firm for which she is Central Bank of Ireland approved.

She also is an independent director for a global benchmark administrator and is FCA approved. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland; a Licentiate of the Compliance Officers in Ireland and a Certified Investment Fund Director.

She is a member of the Dublin steering committee for 100Women in Finance, an international body to promote gender equality in financial services. Deirdre is a non-executive Director of the Irish Youth Foundation, a charity committed to levelling the playing field for Irish children and young people focusing on physical and mental wellbeing, skills and employment.
