Lisa is a strategic leader, known for her inclusive approach to project management, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence strategic and regulatory change. Her expertise spans managing complex European compliance functions, managing relationships with NCAs, leading regulatory engagements, overseeing financial crime investigations, and ensuring compliance with a variety of regulatory frameworks, specialising in UCITS & AIFMD.

In her most recent role at LGIM Managers Europe Ltd (2020-2024), Lisa was responsible for establishing the cross-jurisdictional European compliance function, managing European regulatory engagements, establishing European branches, leading financial crime initiatives, and advising the Board on key regulatory developments. Previously, as Compliance Manager at Davy (2012-2020), she played a critical role in managing a portfolio of funds and developing cross-jurisdictional compliance strategies.
