Rachelle Dunne (BA, FCCA) is the Manager of the Themed Inspections Team in the Funds Supervision Division of the Central Bank of Ireland with responsibility for sectoral (thematic) and CSA supervision. Rachelle has worked in thematic supervision since 2017. Previous to this, Rachelle worked for a number of years in direct fund supervision at the Central Bank and has represented the Bank on a number of European working groups including the ESMA Operational Working Group which deals specifically with the Common Supervisory Action work.
