Caitlin Wilkinson is a Partner in the Economics Consulting practice at AlixPartners, and is based in London. Caitlin is ranked in the Lexology Index 2025 as a Thought Leader.

Specializing in competition economics, Caitlin advises clients in a range of sectors in the context of UK and European merger inquiries and market investigations, as well as State Aid investigations, litigation claims and regulatory appeals.

Caitlin has worked across a variety of sectors, including power & utilities, energy and natural resources, financial services, healthcare, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology and transport.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Caitlin was a Partner at KPMG. Prior to that, she worked as an economic adviser at the UK Competition Commission (CC). At the CC, Caitlin provided economic analysis in the context of several high-profile merger inquiries and market investigations

Caitlin holds a MPhil in Economics and a BA PPE from University of Oxford.
