Cintia is Legal Antitrust Counsel at Shell and advises Shell businesses globally on a wide range of antitrust issues, including merger control filings, conduct of antitrust investigations as well as antitrust behavioural and compliance advice. Cintia was previously a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance specialising in competition law with a particular focus on the TMT, energy, and infrastructure sectors. She advised on merger and foreign investment proceedings as well as competition law investigations.
