James Lambert is Head of Economics and Regulation and member of the Senior Leadership Team at London Gatwick. His responsibilities include leading economic analysis and regulatory compliance across charges, service and investment and shaping the airport’s future regulatory strategy.
James was previously a Director at the CMA where he held roles in sector regulation (which included the development of the enhanced concurrency regime and UK Competition Network) as well as in mergers, markets, antitrust, subsidy advice and the Office for the Internal Market. Earlier in his career, James was a senior economist in the antitrust and competition team at Ashurst LLP.
