Josh heads up HSBC’s competition law team, supporting the bank’s various business lines in around 60 countries and territories globally. The team is split between London and Asia, and advises on a full range of competition law matters. Josh joined HSBC in 2014, having previously worked for another UK bank and before that in private practice at Freshfields in London.
