Julianne heads up the antitrust team at Diageo and her role has a global remit. She advises on all aspects of competition and antitrust law within Diageo, including advising on any antitrust investigations or litigation and on the merger control aspects of international M&A deals. Previous to that she worked in private practice at Simmons & Simmons LLP in London.
