Mohamed Amine BENZIANE is a telecommunications executive and international ICT leader with more than a decade of experience in the telecom sector. He is Head of ITU Affairs Unit at Algerie Télécom. He participated actively in various ITU' Governing body meetings, he also held prominent global leadership roles in ITU Standardization, shaping standards for optical transport, access, and home networks worldwide and in Africa. He has led various leadership positions in major ITU Conferences and Assemblies, he is also serving as Board Member of the World Broadband Association (WBBA). He is a state Engineer in Electronics, and holds an MBA
