[WEBCAST] Driving the energy transition by unlocking talent A conversation with Tatiana Mitrova

Presented by the Flame conference in association with Women in Energy, Climate and Sustainability (WECS), this hour long online discussion will feature Tatiana Mitrova, an expert on the energy transition, Director of the Skolkovo Energy Centre and a Senior Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for the global oil service company Schlumberger and for the Russian gas company PAO Novatek.

Tatiana will be interviewed by Gokce Mete from the International Energy Charter on the role that leadership and career progression can play in driving the energy transition forwards. She will reflect on her own experiences working in the energy industry, and how they have shaped her perspective on business change in the gas, LNG and energy sectors.

Tatiana will also offer insights into some of the principles outlined in her book, "The 8 1/2 Steps: How to Live, Love and Work at Full Capacity", published in 2019.
