Kim Riley has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is Chief Operating Officer at Artis REIT. Since joining Artis in 2005, she has held various positions in accounting, valuation, investments and developments. In her prior role as Executive Vice President – Investments & Developments she leads the investments team in more than $5B of real estate transaction in multiple markets across Canada and the U.S. Kim’s latest appointment to Chief Operating Officer will have her oversee many facets of the business, including leasing, operations, property management, and investments.
