Clare Gowar joined Philips in 2013 as H&W Account manager for UKI. Since then, she has been part of the HR Project Management team and now in her current role as Global Lead for Health & Well-being, where she applies her knowledge and passion in delivering key employee well-being initiatives that align to Philips purpose as a Healthtech organisation. These include; reviewing external best practice and employee insights in defining the global well-being strategy, identifying & developing leading programs and providing training and resources to empower employees and leaders to feel, and be, at their best.
