Profile

Jonathan is a Senior Learning Partner at KPMG. Combining a people-centric lens with a commercial mindset, he oversees learning experiences that enable auditors at all stages to improve their professional skills, with an outcomes-focused and evidence-based mindset. Through partnering with a range of stakeholders in a matrix environment, Jonathan focuses on impactful offerings that drive the audit practice’s non-technical skills and strategy, with wellbeing and growth as core features of all initiatives.

Prior to KPMG, Jonathan worked first on sales and commercial development at S&P Global, shifting later on to designing learning offerings globally as well as leadership development programs, ultimately leading Education and Knowledge Management teams at S&P Global. His passion for diversity and inclusion have also led him to work in resource groups and charity initiatives. Later, Jonathan was the Director of Learning and Knowledge at Lex Mundi, where he led the talent development landscape, including wellbeing and DEI initiatives as pillars supporting the people experience.

Jonathan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Development. In addition, he is a dual-qualified project manager in waterfall and agile project management, and an executive mentor at the members-only network Pavilion.

Jonathan enjoys helping businesses grow and thrive through engaging, impactful development experiences that enable people to do what they do best, preparing for today’s – and tomorrow’s – challenges.
