Riddhima leads Wellbeing and DEI globally for NOKIA’s Cloud and Network Services, a 20,000 people Business Unit. Over a 20-year career in Human Resources, Riddhima has worked as a Business Partner and as a Leadership and Organization Development leader. She has worked and lived across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India and is currently based in London, where she lives with her husband.

Riddhima became curious and passionate about workplace wellbeing and mental health after experiencing a burn out in 2017. She subsequently trained and worked as an Equine Assisted Coach and Occupational Therapy Assistant helping individuals and teams connect with and lead from their authentic selves. During this time, she also qualified as an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) trainer and used this modality for coaching and therapeutic interventions.

Riddhima’s corporate career spans across Alcatel-Lucent, Vodafone, Dolby and NOKIA. In her role leading Wellbeing and DEI at NOKIA CNS, she is driving a research-informed strategy that is reinforcing resilience and building sustainable performance and productivity, and a climate where people feel and function well and people’s individual uniqueness contributes to business success. Outside work, she is an endurance swimmer, horsewoman and cacao practitioner.
